Terms of Service

By booking an appointment through www.skinbykiara.com  or www.nebraskasalon.com you are acknowledging that you have read and agree with our terms of service.

• SEATING - Only those with appointments will have reserved spots to be seated. If you bring people with you, they may need to wait in the reception area.

• CHILDREN - Salons can be a dangerous place for children due to hot tools, sharp objects & spinning chairs. Please note that children under the age of 10 are not allowed on salon property unless they have an appointment scheduled. Neither TRANSCENDENCE nor any of it's affiliates are responsible for your child's safety & do not assume any liability.

• PARENTS - Parents are responsible for any damage to property caused by minors in their care.

• CANCELATIONS - Cancellations  will result in the loss of deposit paid. No-show reservations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service appointment in addition to the deposit paid. All penalty fees must be paid before client is allowed to reschedule.

• RESCHEDULES - or reservation changes made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time are acceptable. Reservation changes without 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time will result in the forfeit of your deposit & a new deposit must be paid to book another appointment. 

• LATE ARRIVALS - To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 10 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available. Late arrivals will result in a forfeiture of any deposits paid. 

• RETURNS/REFUNDS - Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds for services performed or products purchased. However, if you are unhappy with your result please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment & adjustments may or may not be performed based on your stylists discretion.
